PostSubject: vanilla pudding and banana   Tue Jun 14, 2011 7:08 pm

Hello,
I fave just registered and thought it would be sweet to start with a sweet topic Very Happy
My favorite is vanilla pudding and banana (vanilya pudingli muzlu tatllı). It's very delicious and easy to make.

You need:
5 cups milk (250 ml)
150 g butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet of tea and biscuit ülker
2 ripe bananas sliced

Preparation:
Melt butter in a medıum size saucepan.
Add the flour and fry it stirring constantly.
Add the milk gradually while mixing it fast with a whisk.
5 minutes after the flour and butter melted fully in the milk, add the sugar.

When it thickens and starts boiling, turn the cooker off and take it to a mixing bowl.

Mix with a mixer for 10 mins.
Add the vanilla and mix a few minutes more.
Add the biscuits into a pyrex dish as one layer.
Pour the half of pudding into the pyrex.
Place the banana slices and then pour the rest over it..
Until the serving time keep it in the fridge.

Before serving beautify it with pistachio and coconut. yummy geek
